Hello, your dose will need adjustment depending on previous test reports and previous dosage and current reports. Thyroid medicine has to be taken on empty stomach in the morning. You should avoid eating anything for atleast half a hour after taking the medicine. In case you forget to take one pill, you could take an extra pill with the next day’s dose in the morning. Take care.
