Anti tpo is anti thyroid antibody which suggests the cause of hypothyroid that is autoimmune.Means your body has produced antibodies against your Thyroid gland causing its malfunction. Your aim is to treat hypothyroid and not the anti tpo. Your present TSH is with in range of satifactory control, hence continue same dose.

In case of Autoimmune Thyroiditis, I am able to successfully reduce the antibodies or in many cases make antibody negative by addition of compounded T3 along with management of leaky gut and optimising key nutritional factors with favourable lifestyle changes.
