I am suffering from post febrile depression as told by my psychiatrist. He prescribed me recita forte capsule .so it safe to take this medicine as it has manu side effects as I google for this.

Dear lybrate-user, many side effects of recita forte are reported by very few persons who take that medicine - not all the persons who take it. Your chances of getting those side effects are minimal. Some of the side effects may be useful for your life. Some of the side effects arise only at certain dose. If it is harmful like loss of neutrophils in your blood or liver and kidney damage, your doctor would have taken proper precaution before prescribing. There are chances that it might be safe for you. Take it and see. Report the side effects to the doctor. She/he will know whether it is due to your febrile illness or due to depression which is not yet lifted or due to recita forte.
