I am 48 years old woman everyday I suffer from flu & running nose. I've tried medicine like cetrizine, contus650 etc. When taking medicine the cold stops when finish the course of medicine back square to before taking medicine i'm suffering slot what should I do?

Flu & running nose frequently attacked. This due weak immune system. You are already having many complication in one body. Your body are dealing many problems which immune system are become weak. And also you taking many medicine which your body have to bear. So,best way is take a proper diets, do some exercise, and avoid any unnecessary stress. Your body weight is also too which you need to loss.
