Hi Sir, I am 18 years old male and the dead skin of my scotrum is peeling off. What precautions can I take?

The dead skin peeling off could be due to excessive dryness. Use a moisturizer three times daily which will take care of the dryness. If still the peeling is present then you need to show to a dermatologist.
