Can you see iugr gestation through transabdominal ultrasound in the first trimester? I had sex 4 months back. Took ipill. Now has 2 months of amenorrhea. I week back. I did transabdominal ultrasound and it s was normal. Uterine size was 7.5 � 4.4� 3.5 cm. And endometrium was 7.5 mm. Does it mean I am pregnant like with 12 weeks? If I have iugr pregnancy. Will it be visible in 1st trimester transabdomjnal scan?

If you had sex 4 months ago how can you be 2 months pregnant now? Also at 12 weeks, a well-developed foetus is seen. Do as Beta hcg level if you are really scared with a pregnancy.
