I was diagnosed with hcv reactive, underwent 6 months medication (ribavirin and spicy) and post medication my viral load was down to 15iu/ml. Earlier it was 4-5lacs iu/ml I underwent hcv test on (may 2019) which showed hcv reactive again (105.1). Does that mean he is once again affected with hcv? Please advise on this. Any test required to be done? What precaution I shall take?
