Sir I am taking paroxetine 25 mg clonazepam 0.5 mg once in a day for depression and for blood pressure also take telmisartan am 40 mg. But when I take paroxetine 25 mg my stomach goes upset and my heart beat goes high. What can I do. May I stop paroxetine for some days.

Usually such side effects can happen for initial few days after starting medication which go away within 1-2 weeks. If you still having such side effects or it's intolerable for you then you need change in treatment. Consult with your treating psychiatrist about it and ask for suitable modification in treatment. Paroxetine belongs to a group of medicines called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors the receptors fr the chemical (serotonin) are present both in your brain and stomach, hence mny a times these medicines can cause git symptoms. 25 mg is a good normal dose needed fr an adult, if symptoms ate manageable kindly continue the medice else reveiw back with your treating psychiatrist.
