I have rashes acne. I have been on isotretinoin for one month now. Due to frequent falreups on my face my dermatologist asked me to stop it for 10 days. Will it be helpful for me. I have pcod which is making my treatment process long. I have also been using antibiotic along with tropical metronidazole. Please help! should I continue to use it or stop it.

You should continue. Flares in the initial stage is common. Also start an OC Pill like Diane 35 or Krimson 35 which will help with your PCOS as well as acne. That way, Isotretinoin can be gradually sotpped after a few months and you can have a holistic treatment.
