Usually not because sclera is protective outer layer of the our eyes. Which also white part of eyes. This colour changes are due to excess exposure to sun, dull,dust, or may you suffering from any kind of disease. Or it may be heredity (your had that eye colour) or if you feel any kind of sign and symptom associated better you once consult with doctor. For your precaution.
