My wife has c section 6 days back and doctor has suggested following medication metrogyl 400, enzoflam, pandrive dsr, taxim o 200, and pause mf. I want to know that whether it is absolutely necessary to take these medicines post c section and what are its side effects on my baby as it is being breastfed.
