Hello doc, I am suffering from tinea and am a lactating mother to 4 months baby. Is it safe to take oral antifungal during breastfeeding? Currently I am only using topical ointments. Also can I use keto soap in my private parts to prevent recurrence? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
