Question i've had symptoms of anxiety disorder and depression since 2004. When I eat fried char kuew tiew, beef satay, ice chocolate, burgers, coffee, all kind of peanuts, cakes, milk, fried seafood noodles and so on its will develop my anxiety disorder from bad to worse. In normal situation of my anxiety, my desires and thoughts either too happy or too excited has made me feel very uncomfortable. Due to that emotions or feelings my neck area became very tight, my head feels very uncomfortable. Over the time, this has resulted my emotion becoming unstable, I feel more anxious, panicked, scared, terrifying all at the same time. The only way to reduce the symptoms I use to control the diet and mind activity. I'm trying to reduce or not to eat food that I love. Within hours or days symptoms of anxiety disorder has decreased. But there is another symptom triggered me is an apathy symptom. There was a time of depression. In addition to emotions, thoughts, desires, moods, my feelings are also affected. There are times when there is no mood condition I feel stiff at the same time. Feel weak and tired. All above problem has resulted me feels no spirit most of the time. Symptoms of apathy also occur more often when eating foods that make me feel relaxed (calming functions) like red apples, dates, almonds, magnesium, vitamin c, etc. Sometimes after urination or after some exercise symptom apathy will occurs .when the apathy symptom gets stronger I get trouble to sleep. What is my actual illness? What course of treatment should I take?
