Not in one cycle meaning means what madam please tel me in details. My cycle is 30 days and regular period am trying last 3 month bt can't conceive. This month my doc prescribed letrozole and ovacare, clinger forty. please tel me how much percent chance of getting pregnant.

You need to do follicular study to know whether you are ovulating while taking these medicine. Husbands can produce millions of sperm every day but as a female only one egg you can produce and it will survive only for 24 hours in our body. If she have sex on the�day�of�ovulation, or the two�days�before, the�chance�of getting�pregnant�is around 30 percent. These are average figures..... You cannot increase chance of percentage to 90% unfortunately. Even a IVF cycle has 40% success rate only. I hope u understand and don't put all this in your mind but listen to your doctor and be stress free to conceive sooner
