I am 47 years old female taking valprol cr for granuloma in the brain. Suddenly I have gained 8 kg weight and now i'm 68 kg. I'm facing knee pain because of that. Normally I don't eat out and I avoid sweets or sugar and junk food I don't eat rice too but I am not able to lose weight. Please let me know what should I do to get back to my normal weight. Please tell me about the proper diet I should take.
