Good twice brushing especially at night n rinsing after every meal usually suffices try that occasionally use mouth wash.

Although its completely safe but even a pinch of salt in warm water will give you good results as long as you are doing it properly and daily.

I don't like listerine personally speaking. It has alcohol as a content in it. You may go for regular chlohex plus mouthwash dilute in water rinse two times a day for 28 days only.
