Hello Dr. I am 54 years old, female. My concerns is about my bp. Most of the time is 140/90 0r sometimes 130/90. My Dr. Give nebilet and tozam for medication. Sometimes I take them when my bp is 140/90 but when my bp is 120/80 I don't take them. Question is that okay? Sometimes I take them at the sometime.

you probably don't need medicines at present. Check bp once every month on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes. Start one medicine if it is frequently above 145
