Yes it's possible but first the broken teeth will have to be ttd with rct n than reduced in size by grinding over that dentures can b made even these teeth can act as support.

Total extraction can be done in steps as per patient comfort. Its not advisable to give denture over unhealthy tooth/teeth. To make them healthy necessary procedure like restorations with or without root canal treatment is must (if its possible to do so). Otherwise only option is extraction. Full examination is necessary for accurate treatment plan.

yes. all remaining teeth can be reduced to gum level and then we can proceed as normal case. have done that for few patients. results were good.

Hi, One cannot get a denture while having broken teeth or root pieces under it as it will hamper the stability of the denture. Extraction of the teeth can be done in intervals and it is done under local anesthesia to prevent pain.

If the broken tooth roots can be rct treated and retained, he can go for what is known as tooth supported overdentures where dentures are constructed on top of teeth root. But if the broken root pieces are completely decayed or mobile,it may not be possible to construct dentures without causing discomfort to him. See a prosthodontist for your concern.
