I cough and spit sputum in the morning if I take the levosalbutamol and sereflow 400. If not not easy to sleep. What to do, any alternatives?

Hi. I understand your concerns. You are having asthma. Asthma is a most common allergic condition which is not curable but can definitely be controlled so that you can lead a symptom free life. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
