Does cervical disc compression cause widespread body pain? I feel severe pain in my neck, head ;shoulder, arms, upper back & thorax. Chest pain. Several abdominal issues with explosive gas all d time. Burning sensation & dard in affected areas. Head issues like dizziness, headache are more common. Problem in palpitation. I also feel depression & panic attacks. Also pain in abdomen lower back. Urine burn etc what sl I do. Though my cbc, thyroid, crp, ra factor esr etc normal. Mri of cs shows disc compression. Pressing outside no pain I feel. Dr. says it fibromyalgia. Is it correct? please guide.
