Hello, I am taking medicine venlafaxine about 4 years 75 mg and then my doctor up to 150 know I have listen everyday sounds in my ear and I can not sleep well I read side effects the same thing's my venlafaxine do. Can I swich my venlafaxine to another antidepressant like seroxat or another medicine to change my mood. Thank you.
