6 - 7 years is the usual age for lower front tooth to erupt in mouth. Give him hard fruits to eat like apple, guava, pineapple. They will help.

You can wait as the ideal time of eruption is 6-7 years for lower front teeth and 1st molar. Or visit a dentist to get an xray done for evaluating the status of permanent tooth germ.

It takes up to 6 months on an average for permanent tooth to erupt after deciduous tooth exfoliates by itself. don't worry

dhaant nakal me kam se kam 6 mahine lagte hai , yah bhi kaums dhaant usper nibhar karta hai ,, aage ke dhaat 7 se 8 year me nikalte hai .
