Since 2 months I got reddish on my nose and its base. I feel its damaged skin on tip of nose. I applied boro-plus, aloe vera gel but no difference. I also apply powder, lactocalmin cream but it is not getting repaired. I tried homeopathy and used safi also. I do not feel any indigesional problem in my stomach. What I should do. I get small pimples also on nose and at its sides.
