Sir. I am 32 years female. I had hypothyroidism (tsh -5) during my pregnancy and I was given with thyronorm 50 mcg (that was 2 years back). But I stopped it after delivery. Recently I have severe hair loss, and I checked my blood. So the tsh is 5.5. My total cholesterol is 221. My fbs is 109. I have a mild vit d deficiency too. My weight is 50 kg nd ht is 152 cm. So how much thyronorm should I start again.

You need to start low dose of thyroid supplement in consultation with your treating physician. Fasting blood sugar is not normal. Get your pp blood sugar and hba1c test done. Take vitd also to treat mild deficiency.
