Hello if your high bp is due to anxiety focuss on methods to reduce anxiety. Adress any pressures- stress- around you and consult a clinical psychologist for the same. But if your bp is consistantly high need to monotor and need to bring it down with medication and be in contact with your doctor. Bye and take care.

Ramipril is not an anxiety reducing medication. You need to address your cardiac issues with cardiologist and anxiety with a psychiatrist, kindly liaise with both and get a proper solution. Good luck.
