I am getting pain in my lower back and side stomach from 6 months. From 15 days I am getting neck pain, buttox and leg pain, upper back pain. 2 days back in mri scan found the reason is loss of cervical lordosis and mild disk bulge in lumbar and cervical spine. My b12 is 87 ng and vitamin d is 11. Both are in deficiency. Doctor said not to do any exercise and physiotherapy. Only asked me to take b12 injections weekly once and calcium tablets .ultracet for 3 months. But I am getting pain in my office hours .and when I am cooking at home. What should I do to get relief from this pain.

The cause should be found out by both physical and radiological examination. Taking pain meds for 3 months doesn't seem like a good plan to me.
