Dear doctor, I am 48 year old male with profession as s/w engineer. I don't have any habit of alcohol and smoking & have allergy of tea and coffee. I got acute depression in 1996. Taking medicines for my problem for past 24 years. I was good when I was prescribed trinicalm plus 1/2 tablet every night. That was my first treatment by a well known psychiatrist till year 2001. Unfortunately I could not follow it afterword. I had been hospitalized several times in so many times in various hospitals. Currently I am taking direct od 500 in morning pifnol 2.5 half tablet & rospitril plus one tablet at night. Still am not getting smooth ness in my activity I am not getting sleep frequently much of my time is wasted in either in sleep or not in sleep. Still I can work with great accuracy when at work.
