I've been using a bleaching cream which contains 2% hydroquinone to lighten my heredity / genetic dark circles for the last 3 days, but today my under eyes look very reddish. Hydroquinone is used to lighten melasma / hyperpigmentation / dark birthmarks but is it the same for dark circles too? Will my skin be red permanently even if it gets lighter? Should I still keep using it? I decided to try it as one of friends used it for her birthmark which was very dark, it got vanished. P.s. My dark circles are heredity / genetic ones.

Don't apply for longer period, change the salt regularly. start Arbiglow cream at night for 30 days and Adalia cream morning.
