I am 40 years male, weighted 103 kg. Have diabetes for last 7 years. My blood sugar reading in fasting is around 120. My random blood sugar is around 160. I take glimepiride usp 1 mg before breakfast and sitagliptin 50 mg+ metformin hci ph. Eur 1000 mg after dinner. I walk for 20 to 30 minute in morning and then evening after having dinner. Not understand that why I am unable to control my fasting blood sugar. Please help me to tackle this issue.

You should plan a diet which should have very low carbohydrates and fat contents. Also you seem to be ideal candidate for Bariatric surgery. Explore this possibility and most likely your diabetes may be reverted.
