I need not have to reveal my medical history as you already have my case in your database. My query is :- I am put on nexito 20 mg 0-0-1 for depression/anxiety. It is giving me relief, but I feel dull in the mornings. Hence, I am taking nexito 5 mg 1-0-0. This combination is working well. That means, I will be taking a total of 25 mg of escitalopram oxalate. Is it a high dosage or is it permissible - in other words, what is the highest allowable dosage or is it safe? Please confirm.

yes,It can be taken but before increase dose you should wait for 6 weeks for optimum response.You can get relief at 20 mg also in divided dose.

Usual dose of nexito is 10-20 mg. Most of the time a patient doesn't require more than this dose but if in your case you getting better effects by 25 mg and able to tolerate medicine very well, you can continue with 25 mg. Don't worry.
