Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. However, there is very little relevant information. Please clarify what is meaning of "my sugar levels are 5-6.3 when fasting and can go up to 8 or 9 when not fasting" I do not understand this statement at all. We in India use mg/ 100 ml units for blood glucose most often. Plus there is no mention of HbA1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern and extent f daily exercise as well as lipid profile. Please give above details plus mention correctly fasting blood glucose and PP(after food) glucose. On seeing those ddetails I will be able to give some guidance. Thanks.
