I am taking metoprolol succinate xr25 mg in morning and amlokind 2.5 at night for tachycardia and blood pressure. Which is best to take? Metropolol succinate + amlodipine combination which comes in single tablet which is to be taken once daily or the ways I am previously taking i.e metropol in morning and amlodipine at night.

It is better to take them at seprate times. For example you can take amlodipone at night.
