Since birth having cerebral palsy mainly spastic type and last 3 years having pain, severe stiffness in lower back ,mainly on si joints area I am taking saaz 1gm bd for last 6 months & indocap & liofen as required I am feeling better after taking physiotherapy session for 1-2 days after that stiffness & pain reoccurs is it mandatory to take saaz medicine & for how long I required to take it? Pls advice?

If saaz has to be taken for more than one month one has to repeat blood tests to check whether the wbc count has gone up or down. It is nit safe to take saaz nowadays for longer duration as maby better alternatives are available.
