I have problem on my face which is that my left side of face is down and right side up. It looks like a hole just behind my left corner of lips recently I consult the doctors plastic surgeon and dermatologist they advised me for fat grafting but I am confused becoz if more fat will be used then the shape of my left side will be different as compared to right side now my question is if we do fat grafting only on onside of the face is there a chances of using over fat then my left side shape will be from other side.
