Udiliv has no role in gb polyp. Since it's small you just get an ultrasound every 6 months. If it's increasing in size it's better to get the gall bladder removed. Gb polyps of 10 mm or more are at risk of converting into cancer.

Small polyp of 2.5 mm is not a cause of worry if asymptomatic.

Udiliv will not help, at best it will help with small gall stones or prevent formation of gall stones. You need to undergo a screening ultrasound yearly. If the polyp increases in size (more than 5 mm) or number, then you must plan for a gall bladder removal. This is easily done laparoscopically (by keyhole surgery)

Watch for the sizes by usg. Consultant surgeon if it is growing.

Hello udiliv may help in preventing deposition of sediment on the polyp and make Ur bile thinner. It will not help in vanishing the polyp though. You should take lots of fluids and repeat USG atleast once a year. If your polyp increases in size (>1 cm in any dimension) or if there are more than two polyps in the follow-up ultrasounds then Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is indicated... Regards
