Hi I am diabetic I have been using cremalax tablets 3 per day including pilex tablets ,sometimes unable to poop freely even though taking mentioned medicines apples ,5 liters of water. My sugar level is also normal. Really bothering me even using medicines proper water and food. Do suggest me.
