Last month my prolactin was 145 when checked and I am 5 days late on my period my doctor said me to have coblin tablet am I pregnant or not.

You got your periods, so you are not pregnant. Periods got delayed due to increased prolactin. Take the tablet as directed to your by your doctor.

Generally periods became irregular when prolactin levels are high so in youe case ,high prolactin level might b responsible for your menses got delayed, continue coblin tablet recheck prolactin after one month, wait for 5 days more for periods ,if still not come then do urine pregnancy test for a safer side.

I don?t get the cause of high prolactin from the information you provided. I assume that your doctor evaluated for the cause of high prolactin, and explained you in detail. Because cabergolin is not the answer do all cases of high prolactin. I am sure your doctor must have done some tests to make sure of your pregnancy status.
