Hello, thanks for the query. The vitamin tablets can be taken any time of the day. Preferably better to take once a day at a particular time. More important is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting glucose < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7%. Since there is no mention about her diabetes control, it is difficult comment any further. Thanks.
