I am hypertension patient, taking olmark 40 everyday, no cholesterol, no sugar, despite that sometimes my bp goes up, i.am dieting also, taking no salt and oil.

Manage your stress level. What is the need of dieting in your case. Take balanced diet, no extra salt or raw salt in your diet. Start with some excercise/ yoga. Record your BP for one week, and get back for review. Do breathing excercises before you sleep and when you weake up.
