I had body ache last two days, Dr. asked me to take zerodol sp, the pain didn't get any better so I took dolopar instead now I have developed back ache as well. Kindly let me know what should I do next.

We may need more inputs from you. Was there a history of fever. Was there feeling of stiffness in the morning hours was there a rest pain. Do you have burning sensation while passing urine. Are there any rashes on the skin do you have feeling of loss of energy /weakness if any of the answers to the question is yes then you may need certain tests. At least these basic tests cbp, esr,crp, rbs, s creatinine, tsh, s uric acid vit d3 ,vit b12, iron profile ping me after the test. We will discuss what to do after the test. For the time being you can try this apply flexabenz ointment locally at area of pain apply hot fomentation you can take ift tens at a physiotherapy center for your back pain. Body pain may be beacuse of various reasons it may be simple myalgia or body pains associated with joint pains if it's not getting better with the medications it's better to get blood tests done for vitamin d ,serum calcium if it's not available now you can go ahead start vita d3 sachets once a week for 6 weeks along with lyserforte od and also pantop provided if you don't have any drug allergies.
