I am 62 years old lady last 11 years I am taking telmikind 40 mg with no problem. But recently my bp started increasing hence Dr. Advised me to take telmikind 80 mg. So I am taking 40 mg in the morning and 40 mg in the evening. But I get headache with this dose. What should I do? Is there any substitute. amlodipine drug doesn't suit me at all? Pl. Help.

Hello lybrate-user, you need to mention your bp readings in the last week. It is advisable for you to switch to tab telma h 40/12. 5 mg if need be.
