My husband's tear glands totally dried up due to sj syndrome and now depends on artificial tears, with out preservatives. He was using refresh ezee vials. Now we don't get it anymore and wait for someone to bring refresh plus from abroad. In this lockdown situation he is suffering as we can't find a preservative free drops here. Please advise how can we get refresh ezee or an alternative.in india itself.

Hello as you asked about dried tears glands I would like to advise you to use triphal ghrut --2-4 drops twice daily. If you don't find the above medicines you can use simple cow's ghrut for 15 days. If you are feeling well and have no more trouble with it the continue it for a month.
