I have small oval shape bump on retromolar pad in mouth behind last teeth little up. Not very painful. Pains when pressed. What is it exactly. Anything serious.

It can be pericoronitis flap or operculum. If it pains you need a xray. Apply colgate pain out gel thrice daily for a week warm saline rinses between meals.
