Can I use topinate cream tube for tinea in my under arms since last 1 year, wise opinion is required.

Avoid tight undergarments. Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Remove any form of moisture that accumulates. Change underclothes regularly. Reduce weight. Tinea is due to a fungal infection which grows in hot, humid, wet environments. You need to use antifungals. Topinate vil not help you.
