Never had period cycle for 48 days first in my lifetime after marriage, we are planning for pregnancy .today I got period 48th day suddenly without any symptoms, what could be the cause for the late period ,we are using folvite dha for the past 50 days. Please suggest some good tablets.

Depends on amount of bleeding. Are you sure it is not bleeding with pregnancy? If not sure blood test or sonography can be done. Talk to gynecologist of your area.
