My wife is taking thyronorm 100 for the past 2 years. Her tsh is now 3.83, t3 - 3.07, t4 - 1.39 pls suggest if she should increase of decrease the dosage.

Continue same dose of thyroronorm. Take always emty stomach. Milk or tea one hour later. Take iodised salt in salad and fruits. Skip dose on day of testing. Also take vit d3 and calcium contact me on lkne.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Since TSH is 3.83 mU/L, that is with in the expected range, there is no reason to change the dosage of Levothyroxine. Thanks.
