I am diabetic+diabetic nephropathy I have takes trajenta duo 2.5+1000 twice, euglim once, sartel 40 once, nefrosave forte once, I was visited the Dr. in mid january now due to lock down in country I am unable to visit the hospital now my sugar level is shoot up fasting 160 and pp is 300 approx kindly suggest me some better medicine the testing done by glocometer.

Since you have nephropathy, it is essential to current or recent creatinine and urea levels, plus microalbuminuria. It is essential to know these level to find out eGFR. Hi, for a young patient with diabetic nephropathy, sugar control should be very strict your sugars are little high, I suggest you start taking euglim twice daily (u have not mentioned the dose for euglim, try to text again with the dose). Rest other drugs to continue as before. And repeat fasting and pp sugars after 5 days and respond back.
