Hlo I was on lorazepam medication for my alcohol withdrawal symptoms. As due to lighten I am unable to reach my doctor n now all of a sudden I am facing a lot of problems after withdrawal of this medication. Need help.

never stop medicine without consulting doctor.now do exercises and follow a healthy routine .stop thinking negative .stay calm and relaxed do some breathing exercises

Better not to stop the medicine abruptly. Tapper the dose, and reconfirm to rule out comormidities like depression mood disorder etc.

Yes! these are benzodiazepine withdrawal symptoms ,plz don't stop immedietly ,it may be seizure risk so continue same dose of lorazepam whatever you used to be taken! if want to tapper then go for slowly 10 to 25% over 3 to 5 days under guidance of psychiatrist.
