Hi, hunger part must be due to low sugars, kindly check your sugars 2 hours post breakfast to decide on dose irritation in vagina is a separate problem, could be due to candidiasis, dryness of vagina due to menopause. Need to check physically with gynaecologist for further clarity. Weakness in foot need some more details to come for a conclusion on diagnosis.

Your symptoms are due to tab jardiance. I would advise in following way change tablet glycomet gp2 to glycomet gp1 before meal. Stop tab jardiance and start tablet olymprix- m (20/500) one tablet after breakfast once a day. Check your blood sugars after 2 weeks and consult your doctor once lockdown is over.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Tablet Jardiance, can cause vaginal irritation because excess glucose is being excreted from the urine. This can cause local fungal or bacterial infection. You have to clean the are every time when you pass the urine, preferably with soap and water and wipe dry. If infection is avoided, the problem will go away. Thanks.
