190/115 is very high which must be controlled properly and urgently. Ideally you should visit any nearby physician for it. If it is not poss and if you are not having any other symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath you can increase the dose to 80 mg/day. But you need another medications if it remains so high. If you are planning to take the combinations you have said remember the dose should be in 80 range. That is telma h (80/12.5) at the same time you need to do certain investigation if you have not done yet. You need to monitoring your bp in regular basis and if you are having any of the symptoms you should contact nearby hospital immediately. You can consult me with all details reports for further management. Thank you stay healthy.

Hello, I feel you should take tab telma ct 80 mg in morning and tab amloz 10 mg at night. But, you should get yourself evaluated for this sudden rise in blood pressure. Get your ecg, echo and kidney functions tested and revert back in case of any problem. Take care. Stay safe.

Your blood pressure is quite high despite taking telpil (40) od. You should at least get some investigations to rule out secondary complications of hypertension in form of cbc, rft, rbs, lipid profile, ecg, echo, fundus examination. Now for your bp control, telmisartan is protective for kidney but upto certain limits. It is not advisable to take it with significant kidney disease as it can cause increased potassium. As we don?t know about your kidney status, it is better to get this done and review. You can send reports back to personal account and we can decide.
